Bahn Muong Restaurant
Bahn Muong Restaurant Review
In Phimai, the Thais like to eat at the seafood restaurants out by the lake, and you shouldn't pass up the chance to do so, too. At Bahn Muong, the freshwater "catch of the day" takes on new meaning: when you order a fish, they row out to a netted-in area in the lake and come back with the catch. Enjoy your pla nin tap tim pao (grilled snakehead fish with a spicy dipping sauce) in one of the thatched-roof cabanas, reached by walking across rickety wooden planks.
