Songthaew, Taxi, and Tuk-Tuk Travel
Most areas of the south have a variety of motorized taxi services from samlors to tuk-tuks to songthaews. "Metered" taxis can be found in the larger towns and on Samui. They don't actually run their meters, however, and are unscrupulous bargainers.
