Pan & David Review
Pan and David are a Thai-American couple, and not surprisingly, their eatery offers a good mix of both Thai and Western food, as well as some inventive combinations of the two. Thai dishes are generally cheaper than Western fare. The spaghetti with a spicy seafood sauce is tops. The open-air dining area is cooled by ocean breezes.
