Pattaya is best visited during the dry, cooler season. Prices rise in the months of November-March, but the city is very much open and welcomes visitors throughout the year.

Most travelers will spend a week or two here; there's plenty to entertain the whole family. On the other hand, some people may find that 24 hours is enough.
