You'll dine on top of it all at this classy lounge, bar, and eatery—it's one of the tallest open-air restaurants on the planet. Tables are set near the roof's edge for maximum effect; there are also comfy white couches and low-lying tables at the adjacent Moon Bar, if you prefer to come just for drinks. In spite of its name, Vertigo doesn't induce quite as much acrophobia as its competitor Sirocco atop the State Tower, and the international menu here, which focuses on barbecued seafood, is better, and the service is less pompous. Due to its altitude, the restaurant frequently closes when there are high winds, so you should have a backup plan in mind. Note that it doesn't open until 6:30 PM daily.
