Though Bangkok is filled with open-air holes-in-the-wall serving local staples, this casual eatery is one of the few with English menus and an English-speaking staff. Come here for outstanding versions of the classics: spicy som tam, larb (Northeastern salad of minced pork with cilantro, mint, lime juice, fish sauce, and ground toasted rice), and of course, sticky rice. Kabuan-Zabb caters to the local lunch crowd and prices are unbelievably low.
