Reasonable rates are just one of the draws at this small hotel. It's also well run, with rooms that are as neat as a pin. The king-size beds leave just enough space for a desk and a couple of chairs, but the 20 new rooms added in 2005 are a little bigger (and more expensive). Ask for a room at the back of the hotel to avoid the ruckus on Silom Road. The staff at the reception desk is helpful and reliable at taking messages. A small restaurant serves Thai food, but many other choices are just outside your door. Pros: lively neighborhood; very cheap. Cons: lots of street noise; not hip.
