City Lodge

Fodor's Review:

Of the two City Lodges off Sukhumvit (the other is on Soi 9), this is the better choice because of its location. The compact rooms are functional, designed to fit a lot into a small space, and each has a balcony with a view of Sukhumvit and the nearby Skytrain. Business services here are minimal, but you can use those, along with other facilities like the pool, at its nearby sister hotel, the Amari Boulevard. The restaurant, La Gritta, specializes in Italian food. Pros: close to subway and Skytrain; economical; super-friendly staff. Cons: looks like a dump from outside; rooms can be noisy.

  • Hotel Details: 34 rooms
  • In-room: safe, refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
  • In-hotel: restaurant, room service, pool, gym, laundry service.
  • Credit Cards: AE, DC, MC, V
  • Subway: Sukhumvit; Skytrain: Asok
