Bel-Aire Princess

Fodor's Review:

This well-managed hotel, part of the respected Dusit chain, is steps from clamorous Sukhumvit Road—thankfully, it's on the quiet end of a bustling street, away from the bars. It gets its fair share of tour groups, but for the most part the lobby and lounge are peaceful retreats. Bowls of fruit on each floor are a thoughtful touch. Rooms at the back of the hotel look down on Soi 7, while those at the front have pool views. Pros: quieter than most hotels in neighborhood; sleek lobby. Cons: feels expensive for what it is; overpriced, mediocre restaurant.
