Fodor's Review:

A sure sign of quality, Hai is packed with Thais sharing tables filled with northeast favorites like grilled chicken, spicy papaya salad, and spicy minced pork. The open-air dining area can be hot and is often crowded and noisy, but that's part of the fun. The staff doesn't speak English, so the best way to order is to point to things that look good on neighboring tables.
