Two hotels in one, the Davis Bangkok has a main building and another one two doors down with a separate lobby and reception area. No matter where you end up, the rooms are comfortable and classy, decorated in styles that represent everywhere from Bali and Bombay, and even Florida. The showpiece of the Davis is a pair of villas—separate houses built in traditional Thai style with lots of beautiful wood. These top-of-the-line accommodations have ample amenities, their
own pool, and an astonomical price tag (there are big discounts for monthly stays).

We stayed at the Davis for two nights. The price was right (about 75 USD per night). The limo pick up at the airport was a bit pricey but worth it to avoid the hassle of getting to the hotel. The room was amazing and the service was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful but the location isn't too great. About a 15 minute walk to the Skytrain; but the hotel offers free shuttle service to the Emporium shopping center that is connected to the Skytrain.
Lemongrass is very near along with many Japanese restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay at the Davis again the next time we are in Bangkok.
