Lumphini Park

Lumphini Park Review

Two lakes enhance this popular park, one of the biggest in the center of the city. You can watch children feed bread to the turtles or teenagers rowing a boat to more secluded shores. During the dry season (November to February), keep an eye and an ear out for Music in the Park, which starts around 5 pm each Sunday on the Singha stage; different bands each week play classical and Thai oldies. There are many embassies in the immediate vicinity, and the Bangkok Royal Sports Club is just west of the park.
