This hotel is ideally located for exploring Dusit, the Old City, and Chinatown, but it's far from Skytrain and subway stations, and the neighborhood is virtually deserted in the evening. Fortunately, it's a short taxi ride to riverside eateries, and the hotel's four restaurants offer Chinese, Italian, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. The tranquil lobby has gardens on two sides. The rooms are tastefully decorated in subdued colors that set off the dark-wood furnishings, but
the bathrooms are on the small side.

Deluxe on Standard Floor--Quality of room and furniture 2* motel in unrefurbished rooms. Be sure to get one that has been remodeled. Good size rooms with small balcony and large desk. Fitness room has just one bicycle, one treadmill, and weights. Business center has 3 computers plus computers for pricey internet in lobby. Good breakfast buffet, room service, and Italian restaurant (didn't try the others). Not much in neighborhood for tourists
but short taxi ride to Dusit Park and Grand Palace areas. No sky train or subway. Helpful staff.
