This clapboard house is right on the Chao Phraya River, and if you cruise the river at night, you'll probably end up gazing upon it, wishing you were among the crowd dining at one of Bangkok's most romantic spots. Happily, the place is less touristy than other restaurants of this type, most of which are part of big hotels. Spicy fried crab with black pepper, steamed fish with soy sauce, river prawns with glass noodles, and stir-fried crab with curry powder are excellent choices from the seafood-centric menu.
