Fodor's Review

This blockbuster restaurant soars above the rest of Bangkok in the massive State Tower. A string quartet serenades you and the city's nouveau riche while you dine on innovative European-influenced preparations of caviar, foie gras, lobster, and so on. The food is good, if not great, but more importantly the view is peerless. Don't come, though, unless you're ready to spend: this might be the most expensive restaurant in Bangkok. Four-course tasting menus start at B4,900, and seven-course ones go for B5,900 and up.
