Felix River Kwai Resort Review

Kanchanaburi's first luxury hotel is a bit faded now, but it's still a good value. Polished wood floors and wicker headboards decorate the cool, airy rooms. The large pool (with a shallow end for kids) set amid tropical gardens is a great place to relax. The hotel is within walking distance of Kanchanaburi; the River Kwai bridge is about a thousand feet from the hotel. Rates include a buffet breakfast.
