Ayutthaya
Timing
Ayutthaya and its temples can be visited on a day trip from Bangkok, but the city really warrants a longer stay. Besides the temple ruins there are many other attractions—such as boat tips on the Chao Praya River. Ayutthaya is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding region.
