Fodor's Expert Review Pizzeria Mozza

A collaborative effort between the restaurateur Joe Bastianich and the award-winning chefs Mario Batali and Nancy Silverton, Pizzeria Mozza follows in the footsteps of its Los Angeles original, serving authentic Italian-style pies with flair. Here you'll find 20 different pizzas topped with everything from squash blossoms and fresh goat cheese to fennel sausage, prosciutto, and white anchovies. It's a casual, cozy space with a rock-and-roll soundtrack, as ideal for families as it is for couples. The rotating wine list is impressive, with bottles starting at around S$60, and there's also a selection of craft beers that include some from the local Brewerkz. Its connected sister restaurant Osteria Mozza serves hearty Italian fare and a top-notch variety of fresh mozzarella.
