This very modest, very basic hotel near Raffles City has simply furnished rooms. Rare in budget lodgings, you'll find both a helpful staff and room service. The Imperial Herbal Restaurant serves northern Chinese cuisine, and herbal physicians are on hand to advise you on health matters. The Barn Steak House and Restaurant prepares inexpensive lunches.
