Changi Village Hotel
Fodor's Finds Hotels
Book NowChangi Village Hotel Review
It's only 10 minutes from the airport, and near many attractions, including a beach, boat rides to other islands, cafés, pubs, shops, golf facilities, and a museum; free shuttle buses are available to the airport and downtown. Rooms are small with minimalist furnishings and high ceilings to generate an illusion of more space. Some rooms have bay windows. The small rooftop pool has a great view. Saltwater restaurant offers fusion alfresco dining next to the golf course.

If you have less than 6 hours it is worth staying at the Airport Transit Hotel, if longer and you don't want to head downtown then suitable. Free shuttle to and from terminals. I have only ever paid SGD 138-158 for a room though.
