Merchant Court
Fodor's Finds Hotels
Book NowMerchant Court Review
The trend toward developing no-frills hotels for business travelers led the Raffles Group to open Merchant Court, in the Boat Quay district. Standard rooms, albeit small, are comfortable; larger executive rooms have a few more amenities, and the Premier Rooms have balconies. A stay in a Merchant Club room gets you free use of laptop computers and fax machines as well as complimentary breakfast and cocktails. Ellenborough Market Café offers international, local, and Straits Chinese cuisine. There are excellent fitness facilities, and you can take a free shuttle bus from here to Raffles City.
