Singapore's first western-style vegetarian restaurant attracts plenty of non-vegetarians for its hearty Greek, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean eats. Start by sharing the mezza plate (a platter of Middle-Eastern eats), before moving on to the piquant Lentil Tower (layers of char-grilled eggplant, roasted capsicum, cherry tomatoes, mesclun, and Haloumi cheese drizzled with mint vinaigrette), ricotta spinach cakes, or sundry pastas and pizzas. Some dishes are prepared free of any animal products, making them ideal for vegans. An expansive wine list complements the colorful menu.
