Pierside Kitchen Review
Overlooking the point where the Singapore River meets the Straits of Malacca is this crisp waterfront restaurant with whitewashed interiors and floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The à la carte menu has pasta and other non-seafood options, but the seafood dishes are far superior. Try the zesty cumin-spiced crab cakes or oysters with chili-lime granita. Fish-and-chips are popular at lunch. A variety of Australian wines and beers is also available.
