Sashay over a transparent catwalk, above illuminated running water, toward a 20-meter-long aquarium. Welcome to Nude, a chic eatery favored by visiting rock stars and local celebrities. All of the ingredients are prepared free of any preserved, stored, or artificial additives. Try the tuna tataki (marinated tuna with Japanese seasoning, wasabi dressing, and salmon roe), duck breast with shiitake mushroom and duck liver sauce, or light lemongrass seafood pasta. If you bring friends and want to be noticed, request the elevated—and internally lit—central table. In lieu of standard washbasins the bathrooms have spectacular aquariums. It looks as though tap water will fall into the tanks, but a sloped, thin glass plate forces it to drizzle down the back wall outside the tanks.
