Fodor's Review:
Mingle with Singaporean tycoons and celebrities at the island's finest French restaurant. Chef Gunther Hubrechsen has created sublime à la carte options -- standouts are langoustines with Iranian caviar cream, and roasted suckling pig with truffles -- as well as three-course business lunch, six-course table d'hôte, and vegetarian dinner menus. Admire the adjoining bar's chandelier and curtain-draped wine cabinets before adjourning to the dining area, which has tables surrounded by subtle screens. There's an impressive wine list, as this is Singapore's only restaurant to have won Wine Spectator's Grand Award. Enter from the street on Claymore Hill.
