Crystal Jade Kitchen
Crystal Jade Kitchen Review
Order by number from the 150-dish menu/placemat at this authentic Cantonese restaurant. It's short on glamour, but the food's fresh and cooked to order. Munch on the deep-fried bean curd in spice salt, the glutinous rice dumpling, or the braised crispy noodles with seafood. Adventurous types should order the pig's giblet congee (rice porridge) or marinated chicken feet. Ask for a table along the footpath for people-watching opportunities down in Holland Village. Tim Sum (dim sum) on Sunday is very popular—be prepared for a line if you arrive after 10 AM.

chinoiserie, from France
Popular in Holland Village, C. J. Kitchen is ideal for typical local cuisine with no frills. Good noodle soup with wantan (dumplings) the 100-year egg congee, the fish congee or the durian pudding! Very efficient service, always packed at rush hours.
