The doyen of local clubs continually reinvents itself. The huge dance emporium borne of renovated riverside warehouses is actually four venues in one: Zouk for the young; Velvet Underground for sophisticated disco divas; jam-packed Phuture for hip lovers and frenetic dancers; and Wine Bar for cooling out. Visiting international DJs serve as hosts, and the club consistently gets rave reviews overseas.

Cost: Cover varies: Velvet Underground (includes 2 drinks) S$20-S$23, but Fri. and Sat. S$25 for women, S$35 for men; Zouk/Phuture: S$20-S$25 (S$12 before 9 PM)
