Noted for its Straits-Chinese architecture, this 1910 townhouse is a bustling pub that attracts European expats. The bar serves some 35 international beers (ice cold from vast ice tanks), ranging from S$10 to S$12 a pop, and nine-inch hot dogs are available for S$6. Upstairs is the pub's cozy Stellar Bar, modeled on the Interbrew headquarters in Belgium, with tall mirrors and warm earth tones. All of the classic Interbrew beers are served here, including Stella Artois and Hoegaarden. Rock music from the '70s and '80s provides the soundtrack. There are cheap beer promotions all day Sunday.
