The minimalist interior at this sleek restaurant is accented with splashes of fuschia, lime green, yellow, and turquoise; soft furnishings; and fine European tableware. Like the lighting, the superior service is subtle, but turned on in just the right places. East meets West in such dishes as crispy Beijing duck skin with five-spiced foie gras, and rack of lamb accompanied by chili-mint chutney. For dessert try the warm Valhrona chocolate mousse. In a word: delicious.
