IndoChine Waterfront Restaurant
IndoChine Waterfront Restaurant Review
Rare Shan and Thai Buddha statues and a stunning view of the Singapore River, accompany the amazing Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Laotian food. Owner Michael Ma is so intent on creating authentic cuisine that he regularly flies his aunt from Laos to work with the kitchen staff. The lemongrass, chili, mint, and curry flavors are subtle, though the beef ragout is far spicier than its French ancestor. Arrive by 7 to enjoy the sunset over the river.
