Fodor's Review:
Just a 10-minute walk from notorious Bugis Street, where sailors once strolled with ladies of the night, you'll find the Grand Plaza. The rooms are a good value and have plush furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city or pool. The excellent facilities include a first-class pool and the 7,000-square-foot St. Gregory Javana Spa, which offers Balinese-style massages and facials. The Orchid Club floors have such special services as fax machines and butler service for pampered travelers.
