Fodor's Review:
Movers and shakers take pause here relaxing to spectacular views of the Singapore River and business district skyline. The opulent -- if a little confused -- decor includes massive Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers and towering gold-leaf Buddhas. The bar declares itself Asia's first prosecco (sparkling white wine) and vodka bar. It's part of IndoChine, so there's Indo-Chinese finger food, such as spring rolls and prawns on sugarcane.
