The futuristic architecture of this cylindrically shaped boutique hotel stands out in the Tiong Bahru neighborhood, which is best known for its art deco and Straits Settlement buildings. The smallest rooms here are 280 square feet (27 square m)—rather spacious for a boutique hotel. Breakfast at the restuarant in the lobby, Nectar, is included in rates, along with dining discounts both here and at the rooftop lounge, Halo. Artwork has been specially commissioned to reflect nature themes, with photographs of birds printed on canvas, steel cutouts of butterflies, and floral paintings covering the walls.
