This hotel is in a residential area surrounded by greenery behind Orchard Road's main shopping district and has superior and deluxe rooms done in an English country style, complete with Tudor furnishings. The wood-fired pizzas at Modesto, which serves as both the place for breakfast and as a classic Italian restaurant (albeit not as good as other Italian restaurants on Orchard Road), can be enjoyed with views of the landscaped waterfall garden.
