Fodor's Review:
Raffles City, Chijmes, the arts and cultural district, the convention and business areas, and major public transportation are all near this understated and classy modern hotel. The black-and-white marble lobby is interspersed with palm trees; lounges to the side are quiet enclaves for sipping afternoon tea. The red-and-black guest rooms have bay windows and such amenities as flat-screen TVs. This is a good value for your money.
