The Gibbon Experience Review
Certainly one of the most unique experiences one can have in Laos, let alone anywhere in Asia, the Gibbon Experience combines a visit to the Bokeo Nature Reserve with jungle trekking, sleeping in canopy-level treehouses, traveling among the trees by zip lines, and watching gibbons and other types of wildlife. Profits go toward gibbon rehabilitation and sustainable conservation projects. Be prepared to rough it a bit. Book ahead of time, as this is a popular activity and groups are small.
