Champasak Palace Review
On the banks of the Seddon River on the town's outskirts, this former residence of a local prince is impressive, though scarcely palatial. It's a vast four-story complex with flanking wings and pagoda-like eaves. Guestrooms are royally large and comfortably furnished, with an antique here and there. Rooms in the new wing are in better shape but have less character than those in the old wing.
