Occupying a lovely spot overlooking the Nam Khan River, the Apsara serves fine western and eastern cuisine, ranging from baguette sandwiches for lunch to elegant set dinners featuring fresh fish and meat dishes such as braised pork belly on roasted pumpkin with eggplant chutney. There's an extensive wine list, and the quiet location is an excellent place for a leisurely meal. In high season you may need a reservation.
