Air Travel

Hiroshima Airport is the region's major airport, with many daily flights to Haneda Airport in Tokyo and direct daily flights to Kagoshima, Okinawa, Sendai, and Sapporo. Other airports in western Honshu—at Izumo, Tottori, and Yonago—have daily flights to Tokyo. ANA flys to Iwami Airport, which serves Hagi, Tsuwano, and Masuda, to Tokyo and Osaka.
