Tapas Molecular Bar

Tapas Molecular Bar Review

This award-wining restaurant occupies a mysterious place between a traditional sushi counter, a tapas bar, a science lab, and a magic show. "Chief Culinary Engineer" Jeff Ramsey, a former sushi chef, dazzles dinners with a live performance in which he creates more than 15 courses that surprise and delight. Nothing on the seasonally changing menu is what it seems, including sweet lemon slices, and the Emperor's New Mojito, an "invisible" cocktail. There are only eight seats, and seatings are at 6 and 8:30 only, so reserve as early as possible.
