Prince Hotel Shinagawa Review

Just a three-minute walk from JR Shinagawa Station, the Prince is a sprawling complex that's part hotel (with four towers) and part entertainment village, featuring everything from a bowling alley to tennis courts to a 10-screen movie theater. The rooms on the upper floors of the Main Tower (28th-37th floors) have undergone renovations; many of the others are outdated, and the singles in the East Tower are small. The kids will be right at home at the game centers and aquarium. For parents, the Top of Shinagawa Lounge offers spectacular views of Tokyo Bay. Be warned: the complex is swamped with families on weekends and the layout can be confusing.
