Fodor's Review

Just a three-minute walk from JR Shinagawa Station, the Prince is a sprawling complex that's part hotel (with four towers) and part entertainment village, featuring everything from a bowling alley to tennis courts to a 10-screen movie theater. The guest rooms, pleasantly put together in simple white and brown decor, tend to be on the small side overall, and the singles in the East Tower are truly tiny, offering space for a bed and a little else. Those traveling with families

should book the large twins, where kids will be right at home at the game centers and aquarium. For parents, the Top of Shinagawa Lounge offers spectacular views of Tokyo Bay. Be warned: the complex is swamped with families on weekends and the layout can be confusing.
