Lodge Fujimien Review

This traditional ryokan, complete with an on-site onsen, has all the trimmings of an expensive ryokan, for a fraction of the price. Spacious rooms are a little old and dark but have character in the room layout, furniture, and traditional wall hangings, and on clear days, Mt. Fuji is visible from the balcony. The restaurant serves only Japanese food, and its set meals are reasonably priced. Don't forget to book the daily dinner special in advance. Conveniently located near Minami Onsen-sou bus stop, Hakone's main sights are only a five-minute ride away.
