Tokyo Nightlife

Peter

Peter Review

Like most of Tokyo's high-end hotels, the Peninsula has a high-rise bar. But unlike many hotel bars, especially the high-rise, five-star varieties that are dimly lighted with a jazz piano and ultracomposed staff, Peter has an entrance in a rainbow of colors, eye-catching cocktails, and occasional DJs. This 24th-floor spot's decor of chrome trees and rainbow lights is defiantly anti-zeitgeist, but lots of fun.
