Fodor's Review

They say you can judge the quality of a Tokyo ramen restaurant by the number of people lined up out front. And it's certainly true for Suzuran, a short walk from Shibuya Station. People begin lining up before the restaurant even opens its doors at 11:30. Expect excellent ramen, as well as tsukemen (wide noodles in a light, vinegary sauce) topped with boiled fish. Don't be afraid of the long line outside, it moves quickly and, as expected, the ramen is worth the

wait.
