Fodor's Review:

Architecture buffs should make time for Daiba if only to contemplate the futuristic Fuji Television Nippon Broadcasting Building. From its fifth-floor Studio Promenade, you can watch programs being produced. The observation deck on the 25th floor affords a spectacular view of the bay and the graceful curve of the Rainbow Bridge.
