Given its proximity to the airport (a 10-minute drive), this C-shape hotel is a reasonable choice for people in transit. The deluxe rooms on the three upper floors feature funky orange blackout curtains, a work desk and ergonomic chair, kanji wall art, and a flat-screen TV. The bland furnishings in the remaining rooms, however, could use an upgrade. The top-floor banquet facilities provide a view of the landings and takeoffs on the airport runway. Complimentary buses depart for the airport or the nearby Narita train station a few times each hour.

We were really looking forward to staying in a Hilton Hotel but the reality was very different. We were very disappointed. After paying their exhorbitant room rates for a very ordinary room and ordinary service which had to be asked for they wanted to charge us again to use the pool virtually the cost of another room. This charge was not advertised. We had a long layover and really wanted to unwind by the pool for the day as we had before at other Narita hotels. Sorry Hilton, NEVER AGAIN.
