Fodor's Review:

This curious shopping mall was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando. Despised and adored with equal zeal, this controversial project demolished the charming, yet antiquated Dojunkai Aoyama Apartments along the Omotesando Avenue. Filled with high end boutiques and designer flagship stores for Dolce & Gabbana and Yves Saint Laurent, it's worth a stroll to see the latest in Japanese haute couture. Restaurants and cafés can also be found here, but beware of long lines.

  • Open: Daily 11-9
  • Subway: Ginza Line, Chiyoda Line, Hanzomon Line Omotesando Station (Exit A2)
