Fodor's Review:

This 51-story skyscraper houses the offices of advertising giant Dentsu, as well as other offices, restaurants, and shopping. The sky restaurants on the building's top floors have scenic views of Tokyo Bay and are a good place to have lunch or dinner.Try Bice Tokyo (03/5537-1926. Weekdays lunch 11-5, dinner 5:30-9:30, weekend dinner starts at 5:30) on the 47th floor, which serves a European set lunch (¥4,000) and dinner (¥12,000) menus.
