Loof
Loof Review
Loof (as in "roof") may lack the sophistication of Tokyo's other high-rise bars, but in summer it's a great spot for a brew with a view. The bar, which serves an impressive range of world beers, sits atop the nine-story Island Creation Tower building. But the real treat is the private table perched above the regular bar. It doesn't have the superlative views of a hotel high-rise bar, but there aren't many other places where you can drink at a private, open-air, rooftop table. Drinks start at ¥800.
