Grand Pacific Le Daiba Review

A sprawling complex at the tip of a human-made peninsula in Tokyo Bay, the Grand Pacific is a good choice for conventioneers at the nearby Tokyo Big Site. European-inspired columns, pedestals, and flowery furnishings fill the entrance hall. The theme is carried over to the rather sizable rooms, which are decorated in soft shades of beige and gold. Rooms facing Haneda Airport are priced less than those overlooking the Rainbow Bridge, but the best rooms are on the Executive Floors (27 and 28), which offer dedicated check-in and complimentary cocktails. Fans of the animation series Gundam will want to inquire about the Project Room-G, which feature illustrations of various robot characters.
