Grand Pacific Le Daiba Review

A sprawling complex at the tip of a human-made peninsula in Tokyo Bay, the Grand Pacific's a good choice for conventioneers at the nearby Tokyo Big Site. European-inspired columns, pedestals, and flowery furnishings fill the entrance hall. The theme's carried over to the rather sizeable rooms, which are decorated in shades of gold and brown. Rooms facing Haneda Airport and the Museum of Maritime Science (which resembles a large ship) are ¥6,000 less than those overlooking the Rainbow Bridge and the flat-roofed boats ferrying passengers within the harbor.
